Captain Pikachu (Japanese: キャプテンピカチュウ Captain Pikachu), also referred to simply as (Japanese: キャプ Cap), is Friede's partner Pokémon. He sits in the chair on the bridge of the Brave Asagi, the Rising Volt Tacklers' ship, and is responsible for navigating it when Friede is not present.

History
In HZ002, Friede used Captain Pikachu to battle against Amethio after he boarded the Brave Asagi to coerce Liko to come with him and his group. He battled against Ceruledge, but the battle was halted by Liko, who felt responsible for the trouble happening around her.
In HZ003, Friede used Captain Pikachu to battle Amethio, once again going up against Ceruledge. This was a distraction so that Liko could go and find her Sprigatito who the Explorers had taken hostage. Once Liko found Sprigatito, the battle ended with Friede and Captain Pikachu making their escape.
In HZ007, Friede used Captain Pikachu in a training battle against Roy and Liko, going up against Fuecoco and Sprigatito. Using Double Team, Captain Pikachu avoided getting hit as Fuecoco and Sprigatito attacked the duplicate Pikachu. The battle was called off when Fuecoco and Sprigatito became tired and unable to battle.
