In A Better Pill to Swallow, Old Man Shuckle was seen mixing various sorts of Berry Juice with his Shuckle, their effects varying from curing indigestion to attracting Pokémon.
Trivia
- While this item is unobtainable in the Generation III games, it was coded to be held by wild Shuckle that appear in Altering Cave in Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen. However, Shuckle can only appear in Altering Cave after using Mystery Gift at a Wonder Spot distributing the Altering Cave event, but this distribution never occurred.
