Tough Pokémon Mega Stones

Bulbanews has an article related to this subject:
These Mega Stones are being distributed to players who insert a serial code that is being given out at participating GameStop stores in the United States starting August 18. However, many GameStop stores did not receive the codes and as a result players are asked to call a Nintendo Support number for a code until stores receive the codes. For players outside of the United States in the American region, they will receive the serial codes in a Pokémon Trainer Club newsletter newsletter in September. Players of Pokémon X will receive a Heracronite and players of Pokémon Y will receive a Pinsirite. The serial codes can be used to obtain either Mega Stone from August 18 to September 21, 2014, and are intended to correspond with the Heracross and Pinsir Nintendo Network distributions being held at the same time.
