Trovitopolis (Japanese: ビッグシティ Big City) is a large port city on the western side of Mandarin Island South.
After traveling through the desert in the middle of Mandarin Island South, Ash, Misty and Tracey reached the west side of the island and followed the path to Trovitopolis where they wanted to take a ferry to Trovita Island. Before they even reached the city, however, they fell into a hole dug by Team Rocket. The hole lead them to the sewer system of Trovitopolis where they were confronted with a mysterious creature, which later turned out to be a Bulbasaur that was abandoned by it's former owner, the mayor of Trovitopolis.
