Giant's Hitmonlee
|
Hitmonlee ♂
|
Hitmonlee is a Pokémon that belongs to a man known only as "Giant", and is his only known Pokémon. It was seen walking with Giant before Jessie tied him up and used Hitmonlee during the tournament. Hitmonlee's first match in the tournament was Brock's Geodude, but due to it taking a lot of damage, Brock threw in the towel. Hitmonlee later defeated a Machoke and Anthony's Hitmonchan, though unfairly. Hitmonlee, however, got defeated by Primeape under Ash's and Anthony's guidance. It is unknown if Hitmonlee was returned to Giant.

Shellder
|
Shellder's only appearance was in The Evolution Solution. Giovanni had ordered Jessie and James to dig for clams on the beach of Seafoam Islands. James hit something with his shovel, and yanked it out of the ground, revealing it to be a Shellder. James sent out his Weezing to battle it. Shellder hit hard with Ice Beam, while Weezing knocked it out with Haze. James was going to throw a Poké Ball at it, but Jessie beat him to it, capturing Shellder. James complained about this, as it was his Weezing that weakened the Shellder. Later on, Jessie and James attempted to steal all the Pokémon at Professor Westwood V's lab, but found that all he had was a Slowpoke. In the hopes that a Slowbro would prove more valuable to Giovanni, Jessie sent out Shellder and ordered it to clamp down on Slowpoke's tail. However, Westwood's Slowpoke avoided the Shellder with a truly surprising amount of speed. After some misdirected Clamps (including Psyduck's head and tail, the former enabling Psyduck to remove the Bivalve Pokémon with Confusion), Shellder finally clamped down on Slowpoke's tail, causing it to evolve into Slowbro. Team Rocket tried to steal it, but Slowbro sent them blasting off again with Mega Punch (after using Amnesia to temporarily forget it). After this episode, neither Shellder nor the Slowbro were seen again.

Magikarp
|
Magikarp's only appearance came in Pearls are a Spoink's Best Friend. After stealing Spoink's pearl, Team Rocket came across the Magikarp salesman who convinced Jessie to trade the pearl for what he claimed to be a Feebas. Jessie was reluctant at first until the salesman explained to her that Feebas evolve into Milotic, after which Jessie eagerly made the trade, despite the protests of James and Meowth.
Later, Team Rocket was seen at a lake letting Jessie's "Feebas" swim around in a stream. The paint started to run, and soon it was revealed that the Feebas was actually a Magikarp. This discovery infuriated Jessie, and Team Rocket sought out the salesman to demand a refund. When they found the salesman, Ash and his friends were already there. A battle between Cacnea and Dustox against Pikachu and Spoink ensued, during which the salesman escaped, and Magikarp was completely lost track of. Team Rocket was defeated in the end and the pearl was returned to Spoink. The Magikarp has never been seen again so it is believed not to belong to Jessie anymore.

Jessie's Charizard
|
Charizard
|
Jessie obtained Charizard in Grating Spaces! when Delibird gave her and James two Poké Balls. When they learned the Poké Balls contained a Charizard and an Aggron, they decided to use them to take over Pewter Gym and steal the Gym's Poké Balls.
Using their disguises, they challenged Brock and Ash to a double battle. Team Rocket sent out their newly acquired Pokémon, while Brock and Ash sent out their Steelix and Donphan, respectively. Unfortunately, Team Rocket got an early advantage and appeared to be winning. The victory was short-lived when Max discovered Meowth stealing all of the Gym's Poké Balls. It was then revealed that the two were indeed Team Rocket. With the help of Forrest, they were sent blasting off.
At the end of the day, Delibird returned to take the Poké Balls back, as the Charizard and Aggron were originally intended for Cassidy and Butch, respectively. Before Team Rocket could plead with Delibird to return them, it had flown away.
Charizard's known moves are Flamethrower and Fire Spin.

Aipom ♀
|
- Main article: Dawn's Ambipom
In Borrowing on Bad Faith!, Jessie heard of an informal Pokémon Contest, as well as its grand prize of a year’s supply of fresh fruit. She asks for James's Carnivine, but he refuses. The trio then hears Aipom crying and rush to find it, not realizing it belongs to Ash. Spotting the Pokémon atop a precipice, Jessie decides to save the monkey Pokemon. Upon seeing how she helped his Pokémon, Ash reluctantly thanked Jessie. Jessie decided to use the situation to her advantage, and asked the twerp if she could use Aipom in the contest. Ash believed Aipom didn't want to, but Aipom actually did, which Meowth seconds. Ash decides to let it happen, though reluctantly. The duo eventually win the contest, besting Dawn's then-inexperienced Pachirisu.
When the Team takes off in the Meowth balloon, Aipom takes off with them, hoping to grab the fruit for herself. After Team Rocket unsuccessfully try to stop her, Ash tells Aipom to use Swift on the balloon, blasting them off. Aipom then returns to her trainer, and the episode ends.
