Anger Point (Japanese: いかりのつぼ Anger Pressure Point) is an Ability introduced in Generation IV. Seven Pokémon have this Ability, all of which are in the Ground egg group.
Effect
In battle
Generation IV
Anger Point maximizes the Attack stat of Pokémon with this Ability when they are hit by a critical hit. Anger Point will activate even if the Pokémon has used Substitute.
Generation V
Anger Point no longer works if the Pokémon is behind a substitute.
Outside of battle
Anger Point has no effect outside of battle.
