Fashion Week! (Japanese: ファッションウィーク! Fashion Week!) was a solo event in Pokémon Masters EX. It was focused on sync pairs with fashion theme skills.
The "Fashion Week Limited Scout" let players recruit sync pairs with fashion theme skills for the duration of the event.
During this event, players could complete event missions by clearing "Challenge the Body Builders" battles with teams using specific theme skills, earning Gems. New missions were added over the first six days of the event. Unlike most solo events, this event did not feature an exchange shop or any sync pair bonuses.
Each day a new mission was added, a group of sync pairs wearing a specific fashion item had a chance to appear in the Pokémon Center and have a conversation. After all the missions had been added, all six groups had a chance of appearing.
Plot
Lear is planning to host a fashion week on Pasio. However, he is having trouble deciding what kind of outfits to feature. Sawyer suggests that they feature models with well-trained bodies, which Lear is a bit skeptical about because it would put the focus on muscles, not fashion. He ultimately decides to let Sawyer pitch his idea to everyone else on the island and get them on board, though he warns Sawyer that he might have to battle the people who object to the idea.
Sawyer finds Brawly and Bea on the beach and explains the situation to them. They agree that muscles and well-trained bodies are important, so they agree to help him, and the three of them prepare to take on their fashion challengers.

But he was struggling to decide what should be featured. | |
Lear | Hmm... |
Sawyer | Young master, if I may... I have a suggestion. |
Lear | Oh? Let me hear it. |
Sawyer | With fashion, no matter the look, the key is the person wearing it. The body is important! Therefore, I think those with the best-trained bodies should be featured! |
Lear | But then the main feature would be muscles, not fashion, would it not? Although, as you said, the relationship between fashion and the body can't be ignored. Well, Sawyer. Can you pitch your idea to everyone and get them on board? Some people may object, so you may have to battle them, but... |
Sawyer | Yes, sir! Leave it to me! |
Lear | Heh, good response! Now then, be on your way! |
Sawyer | So that's the situation. What do you think? |
Bea | I agree, a trained body is beautiful... OK. You have my support. |
Brawly | You gotta train to look good in sportswear! You've convinced me, Sawyer! |
Sawyer | Thank you! I'll be counting on you all! |

Colress | Oh, thank you! I hope it'll help you reach new heights as an Elite Four member! If you can produce some results, that'd be enough to prove my theory! |
Lucian | *chuckle* I could tell from your writings you're an interesting character... |

Will | Your real face is something you'd want to keep hidden. |
Will | It's hard to change the design of something you put on your face all the time. |
Allister | I-I have a lot of the same masks, too... |
Brycen | Unlike shoes and clothes, masks can completely change how you come across. On the other hand, if we wear a mask, then even if we show our true face, we may not be recognized. |

Clair | There goes Lance with his cape obsession. |
Alder | I could tell you...but that'd take away the fun of figuring it out. |
Lance | C'mon, don't be like that. You've gotta tell me! |

Lucas | Now that you mention it, Cynthia and Barry do, too, don't they. |
Bertha | Sinnoh has a lot of cold places, like Snowpoint City. Take good care of your scarves so you don't get cold, you two. |
Dawn | Will do! |

Kali | At least once in my life, I'd like to go to Johto. Valerie has a strong connection to it. Ahh, I'm so jealous you two are from Johto! You get to see people walking around town in beautiful furisode whenever you want. |
Kris | Umm...that might be how people think of Johto, but it's not like that at all. |
Lyra | The only people I've seen wearing clothes like kimono all the time are Falkner and the Kimono Girls... |
Trivia
- Fashion Week! is one of only three solo events that did not feature an exchange shop, the others being Flying Types Incoming! and Let's Have a Fruitful Battle!.
- This event may be a reference to the Met Gala, which took place two days before this event began.
