In the game dialogue, it is also known as Magnet Train Pass, Pass for the Magnet Train, or (lowercase) rail Pass.
Terminology

English
This item is consistently named Pass in the English dialogue, despite having different Japanese names depending on the generation. The name of this item in English does not mention the Magnet Train itself, as opposed to the Japanese name in Generation IV.
In Generation II, Copycat calls this item a Magnet Train Pass, Pass for the Magnet Train, and rail Pass. The latter name is also mentioned by the Magnet Train attendant.
In Generation IV, Copycat and the Magnet Train attendant call this item a Magnet Train Pass. The attendant also calls it simply Pass.
Japanese
In Japanese, this is known as ていきけん (Season Pass) in Generation II, a name implying that the ticket is only usable for some limited time.
This name was changed to リニアパス (Linear Pass) in Generation IV. This is a reference to the Magnet Train, which is known in this language as リニアモーターカー (Linear Motorcar) and often shortened as リニア (Linear) in the game dialogue.
