The Dazzling Cave (Japanese: 輝きの空洞 Radiance Hollow) is a type of hideaway seen in the Grand Underground. It can only be accessed after the player obtains the Explorer Kit in Eterna City from the Underground Man, and features Pokémon that roam the cave freely, instead of being found in tall grass.
Geography
Dazzling Caves are crystal filled, dimly lit caverns. Some rocks and crystals are taller than the player, and must be navigated around.

With each additional badge earned by the player, the levels of wild Pokémon are increased.

3 Badges | 29-33 |
4 Badges | 33-37 |

Visible Encounters
After the player fulfills a particular objective during their adventure, another group of Pokémon are added to the pool of possible encounters. The spawn rates for certain types are influenced by the active "Statue Effect" applied by a player's Secret Base Statues.
