Typhlo Cavern is large rock, sand, and lava filled cavern, with dry, yellow grass. Some rocks are taller than the player, and must be navigated around, as well as the various pools of lava.
After the player fulfills a particular objective during their adventure, another group of Pokémon are added to the pool of possible encounters. The spawn rates for certain types are influenced by the active "Statue Effect" applied by a player's Secret BaseStatues.

Trivia
This location is named after Typhlosion.[1] However, the English releases truncate the name to only "Typhlo" whereas other languages use Typhlosion's name in full.
While Typhlosion cannot be found here, its earlier stage Cyndaquil can.
