Effect

While a Pokémon with this Ability is confused, its evasion is doubled.
Outside of battle
Tangled Feet has no effect outside of battle.

It allows the player to flip a coin if the Pokémon with this Ability is Confused and is about to receive damage from an attack from the opponent's Pokémon; if heads, the damage is prevented.
