The Carrot Seeds (Japanese: にんじんのタネ Carrot Seeds) is a Key Item introduced in Generation VIII.

The Carrot Seeds allow the player to acquire the Iceroot Carrot in Snowslide Slope's crop plot or the Shaderoot Carrot in the Old Cemetery's crop plot to summon either Glastrier or Spectrier, respectively.
