Tsuguo Mogami (Japanese: 最上嗣生 Mogami Tsuguo) is a Japanese voice actor for the Pokémon anime.
Biography
Mogami was born on January 8, 1980, in Saitama Prefecture, Japan. He began to provide voices for Pokémon in Pokémon the Series: Black & White. He has since provided the voices of several Pokémon and characters of the day. His most notable roles are Driftveil City Gym Leader Clay and Team Flare scientist Xerosic. He also replaced the late Unshō Ishizuka as providing his second voice role as Gary's Blastoise in JN068.
