Floral Healing (Japanese: フラワーヒール Flower Heal) is a non-damaging Fairy-type move introduced in Generation VII. It was the signature move of Comfey in Generation VII.
Effect
Floral Healing restores up to ½ of the target's maximum HP. If Grassy Terrain is in effect, Floral Healing will restore up to ⅔ of the target's maximum HP.
Floral Healing bypasses accuracy checks to always hit, unless the target is in the semi-invulnerable turn of a move such as Dig or Fly. It cannot affect a Pokémon behind a substitute.
If powered up by a Fairium Z into Z-Floral Healing, all of the user's lowered stats are reset, and the target can be healed regardless of whether or not it is afflicted by Heal Block.
