Effect on Grassy Terrain

Under which conditions specifically does the maximum possible amount of healing restored by this move get increased while Grassy Terrain is on the field? Is it dependent on the user and/or the target being grounded, or does Grassy Terrain need only be on the field? I can't find any reference to an answer on a page on here or on Smogon, but I can confidently say that all other moves affected by terrain must have either the user or the target be grounded to have those affects applied. I just tested this out on Showdown and it seems that Floral Healing always heals 2/3rds of the target's total HP no matter if either, neither, or both of the Pokémon are actually affected by Grassy Terrain. This means it's the only move that doesn't need either the move user and/or target to be affected by the respective terrain in order to gain the boosted effect(s). Results taken from Pokemon Showdown aren't used on Bulbapedia, since it is not official game from Game Freak and can have effects of the moves/abilities/else that are different from the original games. Itan (talk) 09:04, 29 June 2021 (UTC)
I got the notification for your addition to this talk page quite literally the same minute that I published my edit of the article adding this factoid to the Trivia section. I reverted the edit myself until this can be confirmed in Sw/Sh or another official game. Thank you for the information. This will also save me from what would be future difficulties since I was going to edit some other Terrain affected moves after doing testing with them in Showdown.
