is a glitch Pokémon that is only found in Pokémon Red and Blue Versions. It occupies hexadecimal slot DE, turning into a 8 (DE) when traded to Yellow. When encountered the music will start to play an odd glitch song, however the sounds are not random but rather they are flowing, seemingly to be a real song. It can only be obtained via the Johto guard glitch with Marill.
When its Pokédex entry is viewed, its cry is a long, never-ending, Glitch song, which can lock up the game. Viewing the moves can have the same effect.
The only way to bypass this is to have a Magnemite registered as "owned" in the Pokédex.
