Tailwind (Japanese: おいかぜ Tailwind) is a non-damaging Flying-type move introduced in Generation IV.
Effect
Generation IV
Tailwind doubles the Speed stat of the user and all other Pokémon in the player's party for three turns.
Generation V
Tailwind now lasts for four turns.
Mystery Dungeon
The user and all of its allies in the room will receive a boost in movement speed by one stage.

Trivia
- Up until HeartGold and SoulSilver were released, Suicune was the only non-Flying-type Pokémon to learn this move (not counting Mew, who can learn any TM or move tutor move). This may have been because it is the embodiment of the North Wind.
