Staravia (Japanese: ムクバード Mukubird) is a Normal/Flying-type Pokémon.
Staravia evolves from Starly at Level 14 and evolves into Staraptor at Level 34.
Biology
Physiology
Staravia has a small M pattern on its chest, for its Japanese name Mukubird. Its eyes are bent inward to give an intimidating look to make its prey weary. Even larger than Starly they both can learn Fly.

The gray spot on a female's forehead is smaller.

Staravia is based on an adult starling.
Name origin
Starling and avian, which refers to birds. Mukubird is derived from 椋鳥 mukudori (gray starling) and the English word bird. Its French name, Etourvol, comes from étourneau and vol.
