Walkthrough:Pokémon Ranger/Part 13
After taking down Gordor and the Go-Rock Squad at the Fiore Temple you are taken back to the title screen. After reloading the game, you find yourself in the Ringtown Ranger Base, where Professor Hastings unlocks the records feature on your Capture Styler. You are encouraged to explore the region and complete the browser, but first the professor would like to hear about all your adventures in the comfort of his lab in Fall City.
When you arrive at the lab, you are asked to release all your friend Pokémon, before spending the night chatting away with the professor. In the morning, you are interrupted by a call from Joel asking you to assist Aria with a problem at the lighthouse.
Search the Safra Sea
At the lighthouse, you and Aria discover that the Staryu in the basement are going crazy. You need to capture the Pokémon to calm them down. Luckily these Water type Pokémon are vulnerable to the Discharge ability of your Partner Pokémon.

After calming down the Staryu, you hear a commotion over at the Tourist Centre. You head over there with Aria to discover that a mass of Krabby have invaded the building and are terrorizing the staff and visitors. Capture them to calm them down, again making use of your partner's Discharge.

When the tourist centre has been made safe, you hear more cries of distress from the dock. A group of Carvanha have started trouble harassing poor Lapras. Once more jump in to capture the rampaging Pokémon.

Now the dock is clear, Aria points out a load of strange whirlpools out in the middle of the Safra Sea. A thankful Lapras volunteers to transport you to investigate the mystery but as soon as you get close, you are both sucked down into an underwater cavern ... where Kyogre awaits. The Legendary Pokémon is very panicked and upset, kicking up some fierce waves that beat at regular intervals. Patience is required to wait for the waves to stop and Kyogre to be in the right place. Capture it to discover what has caused it to become so angry.

With the Legendary Pokémon calmed down and registered in the Browser, you discover large claw marks on Kyogre. A whirlpool appears to return you to the Safra Sea and you make your way back to Fall City where Aria is waiting for you. She tells you about Kyogre's rivalry with Groudon and assumes that is who is responsible for Kyogre's injuries. With all the Pokémon calm you return to Joel for a mission clear.
