Enter the house to the left of the flower shop and speak to the girl playing with her Clefairy, if you agree with her she'll give you 3 copies of TM88 (Pluck).

Speak to the girl on the left side of the shop to get the Sprayduck which will let you water your berry plants. If you speak to the brunette lady on the right she'll give you a random berry each day.
The blonde woman behind the counter will trade your berries for stickers.
Walking along the route you'll come across two berry plants. The plant on the left has 2 Chesto Berries and the one on the right holds 2 Pecha Berries. Keep going and eventually you'll be stopped by a young girl who asks for help as the 'people dressed like space aliens' took her papa and won't let her in the Valley Windworks to see him.
You can't head north because there's two more Team Galactic Grunts standing guard, so keep heading right until you reach the Valley Windworks.

There's a large grass patch here where you can add some new Pokémon to your team, including a Drifloon that only appears on fridays, but it won't appear at all until Team Galactic is gone. On the right side of the area, next to the wind turbine, you can find a Potion.

After defeating the grunt he will run inside and lock the door, but not before mentioning his colleagues in the 'flower patch' have the other key, time to head back to Floaroma Town.

Back in town, make sure to heal up and then head to the northwest area of town where the two Team Galactic Grunts were earlier. They're now gone, so head through the trees to get to Floaroma Meadow.

When you enter the beautiful meadow you'll see two more Team Galactic Grunts at the top of some stairs. Walk up to them to watch as they try to mug someone for their Honey, they'll eventually notice you and start a gauntlet-style battle (one after the other with no breaks).

When you win the grunts will run away and the man they were harrassing will pick up the Works Key that they dropped and give it to you.
The man will also give you a jar of Honey which can be used on those yellow/golden trees you might have noticed (there's one next to the entrance of the Valley Windworks and one right here in the meadow further to the right). You can learn more about honey trees and the special Munchlax trees here if you're interested.
You can buy some more Honey from this man anytime for $100. Once you're done, it's time to head back to the Valley Windworks to face the rest of Team Galactic.

Make sure to heal your Pokémon in Floaroma Town first if they need it before you come back here. Once you're ready unlock the door to the building the grunt was guarding (you'll need to interact with the door for it to unlock) and then head inside.
The grunt you defeated will panic when he sees you and runs away to tell 'the commander,' leaving you free to progress through the building.
Trainers with a Vs. Seeker by their names, when alerted for a rematch using the item, may use higher-level Pokémon.
There will be a couple of grunts inside, as well as the Team Galactic Commander Mars — one of the three Commanders of Team Galactic. Her Zubat can be defeated easily, but her Level 16 Purugly may be more troublesome with its high Attack stat. Due to its weak defenses, a Monferno, or Machop should be able to defeat it by using some Fighting-type moves like Mach Punch or Karate Chop. Pokémon with the Ability Intimidate like Staravia or possibly Shinx and Luxio can help to lower Purugly's Attack stat. Purugly will likely use Fake Out on its first turn out, which always goes first and instantly forces your Pokémon to flinch out of your attack, so try to anticipate that.
After the battle, Mars leaves, furious over her loss, but confident that Team Galactic collected enough data. You will talk to the scientist a little bit about how Team Galactic were using the windworks for something, just as his daughter — the little girl on Route 205, arrives and reunites with him. She also says that "the Balloon Pokemon" will come again.
The Balloon Pokémon in question is Drifloon, and it will be just outside the Windworks every Friday from now on. (If Team Galactic is expelled on a Friday, Drifloon will not appear until the next Friday.) Drifloon is encountered at Lv. 22, which is probably a few levels higher than your team at this point, and it knows the move Shadow Ball, one of the best Ghost-type moves in the game. Drifloon is a Ghost/Flying-type Pokémon, evolving into Drifblim at Lv. 28 or higher.

Afterwards, return to Route 205 and the Galactic Grunts should be gone. Head back to Floaroma Town and heal up in the Pokémon Center, then press on.
Route 205 (Part 2)
Heal your Pokémon before proceeding.
Proceed north across the bridge. The wild Pokémon found here are the same as those in the grass patches outside Valley Windworks, albeit with different encounter rates.The stairs lead to an elevated path with a few enemy Trainers and a house that you can use to heal your team if necessary. Then go down the stairs and follow the one-way road. Fight a few more Trainers and grab 2 plants of Berries. The river leads to Fuego Ironworks and another part of Floaroma Meadow, but you cannot cross the stream yet. You can come back when you receive your fifth Gym Badge.
Now head back to the house and heal, then go north. There are 2 ledges on the northwest, which indicate the exit from Fuego Ironworks. Ignore them and head further north. You'll find the entrance to Eterna Forest and a path blocked by 2 trees. Since you can't use the Hidden Move Cut yet, your only choice is to head into Eterna Forest to reach the other side of Route 205.

When you first enter the forest, you will find a Trainer named Cheryl waiting by the entrance. She will ask you to accompany her through the forest, as she fears an encounter with Team Galactic. She will fully heal your Pokémon after every battle.
During your travels through the Eterna Forest, you will mostly have to deal with Trainers who, if lined up correctly, will challenge you to Multi Battles, with Cheryl as your partner. Note that all wild battles here will be Double Battles as well, provided Cheryl is still accompanying you. To catch one Pokémon, you must knock out the other one first. With Cheryl around, this might also be a good time to train weaker Pokémon, because your party will be healed after each battle. But remember that once Cheryl leaves you at the end of the forest, this will no longer happen. The forest is home to the Moss Rock that can evolve Eevee into Leafeon, though you're still a long way from obtaining Eevee without trading. At the end of Eterna Forest, the Old Chateau can be found. It can only be accessed by using the move Cut, so return here after you've cleared the next Gym.
Once Cheryl is escorted through, wild battles will revert into the usual Single Battles, allowing you to catch Pokémon with less interference. Eterna Forest provides a decent selection of Pokémon, but 3 of the available species you will find in your version belong to the Wurmple family, which you might come across through Honey Trees too. Being a Bug-type Pokémon, Wurmple evolves pretty quickly, either into Silcoon or Cascoon at Lv. 7 or above — that means you can immediately evolve your freshly-caught Wurmple right away, but which one Wurmple evolves into is completely random. Silcoon and Cascoon then evolve again into the Bug/FlyingBeautifly and the Bug/PoisonDustox respectively starting at Lv. 10. All wild Wurmple here are already at or above the threshold for its final form.
The Rabbit Pokémon Buneary is a new addition which evolves into Lopunny when levelled up with sufficient friendship. Both Buneary and Lopunny are pure Normal-type Pokémon, similar to the aforementioned Aipom family. Unfortunately, among all Pokémon evolving via friendship, Buneary is the hardest to evolve because its base friendship is 0. You may consider postponing the catch until you obtain Luxury Balls, but the only reliable means of obtaining these comes in the late game.
The last Pokémon species is only available at night. Depending on your game version, you may rarely come across either the Dark/FlyingMurkrowBD, or the Ghost-typeMisdreavusSP. Both of them are very hard to capture, with their catch rates close to those of Legendary and Mythical Pokémon (more so for Murkrow). The Dusk Ball that you received back in Oreburgh City may come in handy here. Just like Aipom, both of these Johto-native Pokémon have gained new Evolutions, evolving into Honchkrow and Mismagius respectively through the use of a Dusk Stone, though you won't come across this item anytime soon.

Exit the forest and continue east along Route 205.
Route 205 (east)
Once you exit Eterna Forest, you will come along a short path where there will be a bridge and a few Fishermen fishing. They will only battle if you talk to them. There is also large patch of tall grass, though there are no new Pokémon to catch here, as this is still the same Route you were on before you entered the forest. When you get through the grass, there are Berries to pick. There is also another Honey Tree and some Honey hidden behind it. You will reach Eterna City by going further east.

There is also a cuttable tree in this Route portion that can serve as a way to the southern segment of the Route, bypassing Eterna Forest. For now, however, continue east to Eterna City.
