Ramanas Park

Ramanas Park is a legendary Pokémon catching facility located on Route 221. This optional but rewarding location allows you to encounter and capture legendary Pokémon from all Pokémon regions. Access to Ramanas Park requires obtaining the National Pokédex and completing the main story (entering the Hall of Fame).

The park is divided into themed rooms, each containing different legendary Pokémon. To encounter a legendary Pokémon, you must use a Slate item at the appropriate room's pedestal. You can purchase slates at the Ramanas Park shop using Mysterious Shards (three small or one large) that appear in the Grand Underground after obtaining the National Pokédex. Each slate grants one battle opportunity against a legendary Pokémon. If you fail to capture a legendary, you can use another slate to battle again. After capturing all legendary Pokémon in a room, the slate for that room becomes permanently stuck in its pedestal and cannot be used again.

Capturing Legendary Pokémon

Legendary Pokémon in Ramanas Park are encountered at level 70 (except Giratina at level 100). Bring Ultra Balls, Timer Balls, and Dusk Balls for the best capture rates. Weak status conditions like Sleep or Paralysis improve capture chances. Try keeping their health in the red to maximize capture odds. False Swipe is a good move to safely reduce their HP without running the risk of killing them.

Special Note: Giratina

Giratina in the Distortion Room cannot be captured, it can only be defeated. After defeating Giratina, you receive a Griseous Orb.

Hearthome City

Return to Hearthome City and visit Bebe's House next to the Pokémon Center. Talk to Bebe to receive Eevee.

Then exit South on Route 212 and head to the Pokémon Mansion

Pokémon Mansion

Pokémon Mansion is a large, old mansion located on the northern half of Route 212. The mansion is owned by Mr. Backlot, who also manages Amity Square. After unlocking the National Pokédex, a daily special Pokémon foreign to Sinnoh will spawn in the Trophy Garden.

Mr. Backlot will mention which special Pokémon spawns for the day. The daily special Pokémon rotates by Pokédex number, starting from Clefairy and ending with Happiny.

Old Chateau

Old Chateau is an abandoned manor located in the northern section of Eterna Forest, near the eastern entrance, most easily accessible coming from Eterna City. Access requires using Cut on an obstructive tree blocking the path.

Rotom appears exclusively at night on the second floor of the chateau after obtaining the National Pokédex. Rotom is a level 15 Electric/Ghost-type with the Levitate ability. Bring Ultra Balls and bring a rather low level Pokémon to reduce its health without defeating it. After capturing Rotom, you receive the Secret Key, which unlocks Rotom's Room in the Team Galactic Eterna Building and contains the appliance to change Rotom's form.

Victory Road

Enter Victory Road from the exit to Pokémon League and backtrack and climb down near the last trainer. Go Weat and then North at the intersection. At the second intersection take the stairs behind the trainer, walk over the bridge and then under the other bridge. There is a new cave that is now accessible after unlocking the National Pokédex.

Upon entering the new section, use Defog and talk to Marley who will accompany you. Move the boulder to the North and continue until you reach 3 other boulders. Push those to the side and continue North to reach another set of 3 boulders.

Push the first one all the way forward and then the one to the right to reach an Elixir. Go back to the previous cave, then re-enter to reset the boulders. Return to the same location again, but this time push the first boulder two times up and one time right, then push the other boulder right to reach a Dusk Stone.

After picking the items, continue East on the path South of the boulders. Push the boulder and take the hidden Max Revive on the middle rock North. Take the stairs South, continue East, then the stairs South again and enter the labyrinth. Follow the path, exit the labyrinth, continue East and then North. Upon reaching the exit Marley leaves you.

Before exiting, now that Marley has left, we can use Surf to reach reach other items. Go South from the exit and Surf two times over the water. Then go West to get back into the labyrinth, follow the road, go out of the labyrinth and circle around the water. Go up the platform and find a hidden Nugget. Surf on the water and go South to find Leftovers.

Go back to the exit. Before going out, go left to find a Big Pearl. Then exit to reach Route 224.

Route 224

Route 224 is a narrow peninsula located on the same island as Victory Road, accessible only after obtaining the National Pokédex. This post-game route features high-level Pokémon and several trainer battles. The end of the road features an event that allows to encounter Shaymin when the player has the event item Oak's Letter.
