she's so cool

hi there, I'm RotomAmiti!! I'm mostly interested in the TCG, but also the core series and certain spin-off video games. my main pet project is updating various illustrators' pages with further details on their work on the franchise. you can also typically find me updating random TCG articles that have been untouched for decades with new details, clarifications, and citations that probably no one actually cares about. but hey, I think it's interesting!

my first time playing the games was messing around with my friend's copy of FireRed, and I eventually got a Nintendo DS and Diamond for my 10th birthday. I've been collecting cards almost nonstop since I got the FireMist theme deck from EX Holon Phantoms a year prior.

I really like shiny hunting! I proposed to my fiancee during a shiny hunting meetup at the 2025 north american international championships.

I've been a bulbapedia user since... 2007, probably? thereabouts anyway. I started editing in 2023 when I realized that Jiro Sasumo's page was still simply a redirect to illustration contests. I became a junior admin in 2025! ...someone born when I began using the site would be an adult when I became a junior admin, that's weird!

• clean up existing ones and fill out with more information
  • come up with a manual of style for these pages?
• clean up TCG mechanic articles
• continue creating articles for specific types of TCG products
• continue creating articles for niche TCG formats
  • honestly we probably need a "format" page instead of trying to lump it into rotation

• figure out how to put my cameo TCG spreadsheet on the wiki
• "in animation" and "in the manga" sections on specific TCG card pages. maybe even "in the video games" if we're feeling real crazy
• "in the TCG" sections on move and ability pages
• better coverage of premier events.
  • page for every season and results of every regional/special event/ic/worlds
  • international championships page?
• fan site audit
  • delete ones that are blatant advertising for a site that existed for 2 years in the early 2000s and received dozens of hits
  • create pages for notable modern sites and the occasional defunct one that slipped through the cracks
    • some sites currently do not have a page but may or may not deserve one: blue moon falls, buried relic, sinjoh ruins, six prizes, pkmncards, pokumon, justinbasil
  • clean up of existing notable pages to remove bias and be more up-to-date
• some sort of page for the pokemon partner content creator thingy
