Sableye’s Gem Hunt (Japanese: ヤミラミの宝石集め Collecting Yamirami's Gemstones) is the fourth offically revealed event in Pokémon Pokopia, and runs from April 29 to May 13. As events are hardcoded into the game, it is possible to switch the Nintendo Switch 2's system time to the event period to participate in it, and an internet connection is also not required to participate.

Sableye appears in front of Pokémon Centers that the player has built. Upon befriending Ditto, it sets up its shop inside, displacing the Pokémon currently there. Sableye will sell the player a selection of items in exchange for red crystal fragments, an event-only currency found on Dream Islands. Some of these items are needed to build event-exclusive habitats that attract Sableye. Red crystal fragments can be found inside caves of Dream Islands, upon smashing red crystal clusters, which will usually grant 4 fragments. Additionally, photographing a red crystal cluster allows for them to be 3D printed at a cost of 1 Rare Pokémetal ingot each.
