Orsay City (Japanese: オルセイルシティ Orseille City) is an animated series-exclusive location in Kalos. It is one of the settings of Diancie and the Cocoon of Destruction. Notable landmarks are a Pokémon stadium, a large port, and a shopping mall. Just outside the city is a Rhyhorn racetrack.

Ash, his friends, and Diancie arrived in Orsay City by boat in their quest to search Xerneas. Once in Orsay City, they immediately went to the city's shopping mall. Serena and Bonnie taught Diancie the pleasure of shopping there. However, during this, Diancie noticed her Carbink servants looking for her. They had to remind Diancie that she needed to search for Xerneas instead of enjoying herself. After escaping from them and getting outside the mall, Diancie explained the situation with her servants to Ash and his friends. Right at that moment, Merilyn and her Delphox attacked. The group left Orsay City to protect Diancie from the thieves.
