Welcome to Bulbapedia, GalarPony!
Bulbapedia bulb.png

By creating your account you are now able to edit pages, join discussions, and expand the community-driven Pokémon encyclopedia. Before you jump in, here are some ground rules:

  • Be nice to everyone. It's in the code of conduct.
  • Make good edits. Preview them before you save to make sure they're perfect the first time around.
  • Use wikicode and link templates when adding content to a page.
  • Use proper grammar and spelling, and read the manual of style.
  • You can't create a userpage until you've added to the encyclopedia. It's a privilege. See the userspace policy.
  • Use talk pages to resolve editing disputes. Don't "edit war," or constantly re-edit/undo the same thing on a page.
  • If you have a question about something, be proactive. Take a look at our FAQ. If you're still stuck, ask for help. The staff won't bite.
  • Sign all talk page posts with four tildes (~~~~). This will turn into your name and the time you wrote the comment.
  • For more handy links, see the welcome portal.
Thank you, and have a good time editing here!

Signature policy

Hey! Whenever you post on a talk page, any talk page, you need to leave behind a signature. Everyone's required to do that here. In order to do so, you can just type four tildes (~), which will automatically code in your signature for you. Thank you. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 02:28, 6 October 2019 (UTC)

You're still not signing your talk page posts. Please stop neglecting that. --FinnishPokéFan92 (talk) 21:20, 14 January 2020 (UTC)
It’s not my fault the system is poorly designed. I shouldn’t have to. Please stop making a big deal over it.- unsigned comment from GalarPony (talkcontribs)
It's just the rules. You're going to end up getting banned if you don't follow them.--Rahl (talk) 21:35, 14 January 2020 (UTC)
I couldn’t even if I did have to. My keyboard doesn’t have that symbol, so STOP BRINGING IT UP!!- unsigned comment from GalarPony (talkcontribs)
Just copy and past it from the message up above, where it gives the reminder to sign the post. Reinhartmax (talk) 21:50, 14 January 2020 (UTC)
Or click on the pencil symbol to have it do it for you.--Rahl (talk) 21:51, 14 January 2020 (UTC)
First off, I'm surprised your keyboard doesn't have the ~ symbol. I'm pretty sure every computer includes that symbol. Even mobile phones should have that as an option. Second off, you can find the signature symbol in the "Character palette" at the bottom of the editing screen. Just look for the ~~~~ symbol, click on it, and it'll do it for you. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 22:09, 14 January 2020 (UTC)
There is a signature button at the top of the editing screen. The second button from the right. You don't need keyboard to leave a signature. --FinnishPokéFan92 (talk) 22:27, 14 January 2020 (UTC)
Also, in regards to you saying you shouldn't have to leave behind a signature and that we're making a big deal about it, leaving behind a signature is one of the ground rules mentioned the welcome message I sent you. This isn't supposed to be optional. Not leaving behind signatures the first few times is alright, but when you clearly don't want to, we have a problem. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 22:37, 14 January 2020 (UTC)

(resetting indent)Says the guy who already got me blocked. Why should I trust you?- unsigned comment from GalarPony (talkcontribs)

Let's not make this personal. The point is, it's good manners to sign your talk page posts, and signing them doesn't require the use of your keyboard. Just use the signature button, and boom, there it is. Very easy. --FinnishPokéFan92 (talk) 20:29, 15 January 2020 (UTC)
Huh? Refusing to sign your posts is what's going to get you blocked. I and others are trying to save your skin here. I don't see what's so untrustworthy about the act of signing posts. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 23:07, 15 January 2020 (UTC)
What GF01 said. Please stop neglecting signing your talk page posts. --FinnishPokéFan92 (talk) 20:44, 28 January 2020 (UTC)

Code of Conduct

Please abide by the Code of Conduct. Do not go calling other users "retarded", just because we won't do what you want us to do. Calling other users derogative terms will not be tolerated. Thank you.--ForceFire 04:51, 6 October 2019 (UTC)

As you have failed to act civilly in talk page discussions and have continued your inflammatory conduct, you have been blocked for two weeks. Please read the code of conduct and abide by it upon your return. --Abcboy (talk) 16:46, 6 October 2019 (UTC)

Edit warring

You're one to talk about edit warring when you're the one constantly reverting the original reversions. Before you revert again, discuss the contested material on the talk page. There's a lot of precedent for the material you're trying to remove in the "Major events" sections. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 00:22, 22 December 2019 (UTC)

Edit warring

Due to your edit warring with GrammarFreak01 on the articles EP042 and EP046, you have been blocked for five days, one day per reverted edit as stated in the blocking policy. Please bring such disputes to the talk page or to a staff member rather than continue to undo edits. --Abcboy (talk) 02:05, 22 December 2019 (UTC)

Oh sure block me. I wasn’t the one edit warring. It was that grammar asshole.- unsigned comment from GalarPony (talkcontribs)
Yes you were edit warring. You continuously reverted GrammarFreak, rather than taking the matter to the talk page. And watch your tone. Insulting other users will not be tolerated. If you continue to be uncivil and abusive to other users, you will be moved on.--ForceFire 04:15, 23 December 2019 (UTC)
Moved on? Is that a threat?! Are you threatening me?! - unsigned comment from GalarPony (talkcontribs)

The Utility Umbrella.

[[1]] Did you actually test this or are you just assuming? ¿¡Unowninator?! (talk) 23:17, 28 December 2019 (UTC)

I used common sense. - unsigned comment from GalarPony (talkcontribs)
So... you're just guessing? In that case, I'm putting it back. ¿¡Unowninator?! (talk) 20:49, 29 December 2019 (UTC)

Signature policy

Hey! Whenever you leave a post on any talk page, always be sure to leave behind a signature. You can accomplish this by typing in four tildes (~), which will automatically code in your signature for you. Thank you. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 23:30, 28 December 2019 (UTC)

Why should I listen to you? You got me blocked - unsigned comment from GalarPony (talkcontribs)
Because it's site policy, not my own. Also, you got blocked because you were being stubborn and kept undoing my reversions rather than going to the talk page, not the other way around. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 04:29, 30 December 2019 (UTC)
I will reiterate: please sign your posts. It's customary for all users to do this whenever they contribute to any talk page. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 05:06, 10 January 2020 (UTC)

Edit warring

From what I've seen on your talk page, you've been warned about this at least twice. I'm going to say this one last time: do not revert an edit you made back without a discussion first. An implied death is not a confirmed death, and we prefer to give factual information here. J is a cartoon character, and it's perfectly within reason that she could've survived. And again, watch your attitude, especially towards staff members. For your repeated ignoring of this warning, I've had to block you. Please do not do it again. Ataro (talk) 23:02, 29 December 2019 (UTC)

Really? You blocked me for being right? You know that right? You couldn’t have at least edit my talk page just so I can say that?!! - unsigned comment from GalarPony (talkcontribs)
Ataro just explained why you weren't exactly right. Could you please explain why you think J actually died? GrammarFreak01 (talk) 19:45, 6 January 2020 (UTC)
Her helicopter crashed into a lake and exploded leaving only her visor behind! Duh. Why do you think she’s still alive after that?! - unsigned comment from GalarPony (talkcontribs)
We need some confirmation from the characters that she died, because obviously J's death can't be shown onscreen as it's a kids' show we're talking about. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 22:24, 7 January 2020 (UTC)
GalarPony, please understand that it's a fictional show and anything can happen. You should also just drop the subject, as unless they actually said that she died (which is unlikely by this point), the article stays as is.--ForceFire 05:01, 8 January 2020 (UTC)
I’m not dropping it. Unless you can prove she’s alive, she’s definitely dead. - unsigned comment from GalarPony (talkcontribs)
You can't prove that she's dead either, hence why her fate is "currently unclear". GrammarFreak01 (talk) 21:54, 8 January 2020 (UTC)

(resetting indent)And that's yours and everyone else's opinion. The fact of the matter is, the episode (and the rest of the series) did not say that she died and left her fate as ambiguous. As such, her fate will be left as ambiguous on her article. We are not going to add opinions of what fans think happened to her, we're going to add the facts, and the fact is the episode did not say whether she died or lived, and that's the way it's going to be. Also, regarding Unowninator, had you actually checked his talk page and saw the discussion, you can see he resolved the issue with Pallukun, so he was right in reverting them. He was not edit warring.--ForceFire 05:00, 9 January 2020 (UTC)

How the fuck is it ambiguous?! There’s no way she could have possibly survived. Either she drowned or died in the explosion. Am I seriously the only one using my brain here?! Must I put it back myself?! - unsigned comment from GalarPony (talkcontribs)
First off, please watch your language. Second off, there could've been an escape hatch or something of the like that J used off-screen. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 04:59, 10 January 2020 (UTC)
Again, that is yours and everyone else's opinion. Her glasses could've easily fell off her head as she escaped the sinking ship and floated to the surface. It's all speculation, and we are not adding speculation to the article, which is what saying she is dead (or alive) is: speculation. If the episode didn't say she died, then we're not going to say she died. We're also not saying that she survived, we are saying that her fate is ambiguous.--ForceFire 05:12, 10 January 2020 (UTC)
Are you seriously suggesting she escaped an obvious death trap without showing it? So you know how retarded that sounds?- unsigned comment from GalarPony (talkcontribs)
Yes. This is a kids' show; anything can happen. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 04:26, 11 January 2020 (UTC)
Just going to repeat this line because you are clearly ignoring it: If the episode didn't say she died, then we're not going to say she died. We're also not saying that she survived, we are saying that her fate is ambiguous.--ForceFire 06:08, 11 January 2020 (UTC)
What the fuck? That message was supposed to stay deleted.- unsigned comment from GalarPony (talkcontribs)

Signing

Please remember to always sign your comments. You can sign your comments with 4 tildes (~) or clicking the signature stamp (Signature button.png) on the top of the edit box. It should also be noted that once your comment has been marked as unsigned, you cannot replace it with your signature as it will give off the wrong time stamp. Thank you for taking your time to read this message, have a good day. --ForceFire 17:05, 6 January 2020 (UTC)

Observing an edit war

If you observe what you believe is edit warring, report it to a staff member. Reverting one of the edits in what you believe is an edit war constitutes participating in the edit war.

Of course, in that particular case, it wasn't an edit war, because the two users went to a talk page and resolved the matter after two reverts, followed by Unowninator implementing the result of the discussion. Which Unowninator made clear in his edit summary. --SnorlaxMonster 10:08, 9 January 2020 (UTC)

Darmanitan edit

I don't know who told you to put this in here, but you were already told why the edit was unnecessary. It doesn't look like anyone gave you any instructions on your talk page, nor does it look like you got any instructions via edit summary, so I'm going to assume the person who told you to implement that edit is not a member of the site. If that is the case, I highly encourage that person sign up for Bulbapedia themselves, because instructing others to make edits for them is not a good way of contributing to this site. I'm not sure what's holding them back from doing so, but they need to explain their case for that edit by themselves, not through you. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 23:15, 24 January 2020 (UTC)

A senior admin stated that adding that note to the page was DEBATABLE at best, the edit summary does not state you had to add it to the page. If you want to debate if it should be on the page, it should be discussed on the Darmanitan's discussion page first before adding. Thank you. Frozen Fennec 02:21, 25 January 2020 (UTC)
Oh, so THAT'S what happened! My bad. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 00:28, 26 January 2020 (UTC)

What’s debatable about it? It’s called Zen Mode even though Galar Darmanitan is absolutely not Zen in any way. - unsigned comment from GalarPony (talkcontribs)

You do realize Zen means meditation right as both Zen Mode of Darmanitan requires concentration and half HP to achieve the forms, even the Pokedex mentions this. And again as they said there a talk page to properly discuss this--Jacob9594 (talk) 16:59, 28 January 2020 (UTC)

What are you talking about? Zen doesn’t mean meditate, it means calm. - unsigned comment from GalarPony (talkcontribs)

It actually can mean either. Kikugi (talk) 21:45, 29 January 2020 (UTC)

Blocked again

As you have shown a complete and utter refusal to listen to others regarding signing your comments, and continue to not sign your comments, you have been blocked for one week. Users are expected to be civil with one another and resolve conflicts peacefully, not completely ignore them on a serious matter. You must sign your comments so people know who made the comment. It's not that ridiculous of a thing to ask for.--ForceFire 05:05, 30 January 2020 (UTC)

You can’t be serious. I shouldn’t need to sign. It’s not my fault that the system doesn’t do it automatically like every other website. If you’re going to block me for something so petty, then I’m just going to stop using the talk pages. This will be my last message here ever. - unsigned comment from GalarPony (talkcontribs)
It really isn't that hard to use. Just click of a button and it's there. You're not being blocked for petty reasons. It's because of your constant refusal to listen to the helpful advices given to you and acting aggressively towards people who are just trying to provide those advices and be genuinely helpful to you. --FinnishPokéFan92 (talk) 20:20, 6 February 2020 (UTC)
The site does not work that way, this is not a forum where posts have signatures automatically added onto them. This is a wiki. And it is not petty to ask of you to sign your comments. Sure, it's a minor offense, but when you flat out refuse to sign your comments despite being told numerous time to do so, it becomes a major issue.--ForceFire 04:38, 7 February 2020 (UTC)

Hello, sorry, you're blocked again

You're still edit warring. Yes, it was just one revert, but if someone reverts you once, that's all it takes to trigger you needing to start a discussion. Not that we haven't seen how you discuss things, swinging out the door aggressively, but it's still a matter of courtesy. If something stops being a final form, we can always change it. It's just a standard way of inputting the information, and it's currently not wrong. You need to calm down over these things. Kai * the Arc Toraph 22:34, 6 February 2020 (UTC)

A 2 week block for that? Seriously? - unsigned comment from GalarPony (talkcontribs)
Yes. Because you keep ignoring the warnings and advices given to you. Signing your posts is very effortless, so there's no need to get upset about it. And if you disagree with something on an article, don't start an edit war over it, but discuss about it politely. --FinnishPokéFan92 (talk) 18:50, 7 February 2020 (UTC)
And eventually it'll be a month, two months, etc, the longer you continue to be contentious. How else are you going to learn? You're here for a reason; it means you want to contribute in some way. But no one's going to take you seriously if you can't follow the easiest of rules. Just hit this button Signature button.png above the talk page text box to include your signature every time you post on a talk page (it'll look like this --~~~~), and boom, you've just eliminated half your problems here. It's really not hard. Think of it as a sign of good faith. Kai * the Arc Toraph 19:56, 7 February 2020 (UTC)
Oh why bother?! Every time I edit someone undoes it and blocks me. So you know what? I give up. Screw this site - unsigned comment from GalarPony (talkcontribs)
All you need to do is follow the rules. Read them over and I'm sure you won't have any future issues.--Rahl (talk) 18:43, 8 February 2020 (UTC)
I'm not sure what you were expecting out of this site, but you'd be disappointed to know automatic signatures isn't one of them. I don't think any wiki in the world is capable of that. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 12:17, 16 February 2020 (UTC)

Refusal to use talk pages

Hello. Please use talk pages to settle disputes, do not solely use the edit summaries to make your case. That is not what edit summaries are for. And do not revert an edit just because you disagree with it, discuss it on the talk page. You already know this. This non-cooperative behavior will not be tolerated. Users are expected to settle things in a civil manner, not go back and forth in the edit summaries. Do not throw a tantrum just because things don't go your way, this is a wiki and your edits will be changed or removed whether you like it or not. Users have tried to be nice to you before but you reacted aggressively and rude, when there was absolutely no need for such aggressive behavior. So again, do not try to make your case using edit summaries, use the talk pages as they are intended for. If you continue to revert edits that you don't like and actively avoid the talk page, then it will lead to a block. Thank you.--ForceFire 05:35, 29 February 2020 (UTC)

If I use the talk page you’ll block me. If I don’t you’ll block me. Are you basically going to block me no matter what? - unsigned comment from GalarPony (talkcontribs)
You're not being blocked for using a talk page, you are being blocked often for ignoring warnings from admins and being combative towards users trying to help you. Frozen Fennec 17:45, 29 February 2020 (UTC)

Assuming good faith

Please don't insult your fellow editors like you did in this edit summary. It's not a really productive manner for a community-based wiki. If there's a problem with a certain edit, you should politely explain why instead of resorting to insults. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 23:18, 28 July 2020 (UTC)

Im not going to listen to the guy who got me blocked. And don’t think Im unaware that you’re trying to convince the staff that Im some banned user. Screw you - unsigned comment from GalarPony (talkcontribs)

Not Shadow Mewtwo?

What do you mean it's not Shadow Mewtwo? I played the game and caught it myself. ¿¡Unowninator?! (talk) 20:25, 29 July 2020 (UTC)

Please stop edit warring (again) with other users on the Mewtwo article. The information is specifically and explicitly about Pokémon GO, not XD or Colosseum- there is no such thing as "Shadow Teddiursa" yet. TehPerson (talk) 20:32, 29 July 2020 (UTC)

Edit Warring Again

What you are doing on the Mewtwo page is edit warring. If another user reverts your edit, do NOT add it right back to the page. You need to be taking the discussion over to the talk page for the article instead as continuing to revert edits is edit warring and will lead to your account being blocked. If an admin reverts your edits, that does NOT give you a right to add it right back or to try talking down to a staff member. Frozen Fennec 22:05, 29 July 2020 (UTC) And when I did use the talk page you blocked me anyway. Also I proved myself right so why should I use the talk page?
