Mr. Evans (Japanese: アキト Akito) is a character of the day who appeared in Wings 'N' Things. He also appeared in the Ash & Pikachu manga.
In the anime
Mr. Evans' son, Zachary, made their hometown angry because his Yanma was breaking the windows of all the stores in town including the ones owned by the town baker Mr. Strussel. Even though knowing how much Yanma meant to Zachary, Mr. Evans told his son that he had to get rid of the Pokémon. Reluctantly, Zachary released it.
