Theme Decks corresponding to those from physical decks in the Black & White Series onward can be unlocked in Pokémon Trading Card Game Online by redeeming the deck-access codes included in theme deck boxes. Alternatively, the newer theme decks can be redeemed with Trainer Tokens or Gems in the in-game Shop. Redeeming a subsequent copy of a fully-unlocked deck adds another full copy of that deck's contents. Winning with 12 different computer-controlled opponents in the Trainer Challenge with one of these decks gives the player a Booster pack from the related expansion but only once per deck.
