Leaf Blade (Japanese: リーフブレード Leaf Blade) is a damage-dealing Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation III, where it was the signature move of Grovyle and Sceptile.
Effect
Generation III
Leaf Blade inflicts damage and has an increased critical hit ratio. Leaf Blade has a base power of 70 in this generation.
Generation IV
The effects of Leaf Blade are the same as the previous generation; however, its base power increases from 70 to 90.
