Biography

Furushima was born on April 19, 1979, in Tochigi Prefecture, Japan, and became a seiyū as an adult. Furushima began voicing characters in the Pokémon anime toward the end of the Advanced Generation series. Beginning with the Diamond & Pearl series, he started voicing several main characters. Furushima is currently affiliated with Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society.
