(Japanese: クワッスとなら、できるよ As Long as I'm With Kuwassu, I Can Do It) is the 16th episode of Pokémon Horizons: The Series, and the 1,248th episode of the Pokémon anime. It first aired in Japan on August 4, 2023.

Plot

Agreeing to counterattack the enemy and get Liko's pendant back, Friede gives Dot a Poke Ball to catch Quaxly and finally officially make it her partner. Later, Friede arranges for the kids to meet up with the other Rising Volt Tacklers in the center of Levincia while he goes to search for anyone suspicious. As Liko, Roy, and Dot try to think of what the thief who took Liko's pendant would do next, they get an idea that they would most likely be waiting for a boat to catch from a billboard showcasing a luxury cruise. Seeing how the only ship today is about to leave very soon, the three rush to the port to catch it as Liko calls Friede, who also heads to the port.

Unfortunately, the ship leaves right as Liko, Roy, and Dot arrive. Luckily, Friede uses Charizard to fly onto the ship, where Friede is almost immediately confronted by a trainer who recognizes him and challenges him and Captain Pikachu to a battle using his Bisharp. Orla, Murdock, and Mollie arrive at the meet up location as Ludlow stays on the ship. As the kids wait by the port, Dot asks Liko what makes her pendant so special. Liko tells her that her grandmother's pendant is what led her to meet amazing Pokemon like the black Rayquaza and the giant Arboliva. It also allowed her to meet all of her friends in the Rising Volt Tacklers. Just then, Arboliva's Poke Ball starts glowing, meaning the pendant must be somewhere nearby. Liko, Roy, and Dot all split up to search for it.
