Effect
If one of the holder's moves misses one of its targets because of an accuracy or evasion check, the Blunder Policy is consumed and the holder's Speed is increased by two stages. Blunder Policy cannot be consumed by missing a one-hit KO move, nor will it activate if the move missed for a reason other than accuracy (such as being immune by type or Ability, blocking the move with Protect, or being in the semi-invulnerable stage of a move).
