The Pokémon franchise isn't very popular in Ukraine, the country even has no Pokémon TV in own language.

Pokémon anime

Kyivan Pilot Studio originally dubbed the first and partically second season in Russian for the Russian channel ORT (now Channel One) from 2000 to 2003. The dub was based on Polish version, instead of American.

The actual Ukrainian dub of Indigo League was shown on NTN channel, it was a bad voiceover, based on their own Russian version, dub was ended after Showdown at Dark City. The opening was translated without rhymes and only partically. Also NTN aired The Johto Journeys in the same voiceover format.

Disney Channel Ukraine aired Galactic Battles in 2010, for the first time in English, then, in Russian.

Wikipedia has info, that currently Pokémon anime airs on Ukrainian TV channel PlusPlus, but there is no proof on it.

Pokémon Trading Card Game

English language cards were available in various McDonald's Happy Meals.

Pokémon merchandise

Pokémon figurines were available in various McDonald's Happy Meals.
