Maylene's Lucario (Japanese: スモモのルカリオ Sumomo's Lucario) is Maylene's main Pokémon.
In the anime
History
It was first seen in Lost Leader Strategy! battling with Maylene in their training. Lucario used Aura Sphere to stop the battle of Electabuzz, Piplup and Pikachu. It is also seen battling Paul's Pokémon in a flashback, being easily defeated by Magmar, first by being trapped with a Fire Spin, and then being finished off with a Fire Punch uppercut.
Lucario was seen again in Crossing the Battle Line!, where it battled in Dawn's Gym battle against Maylene. It defeated Dawn's Ambipom and Piplup.
It appeared once more in A Triple Fighting Chance!, where it battled in Ash's Gym battle against Maylene. It defeated Ash's Staravia and Chimchar, but was knocked out along with Ash's Buizel, resulting in a tie.
Lucario was last seen in Enter Galactic!, when it helped Ash and the others defeat Saturn and Team Galactic.
Lucario also appeared alongside Maylene during the credits of Zoroark: Master of Illusions.
Personality and characteristics
Lucario did not accept the fact that Maylene gave up after her loss to Paul, as seen in Lost Leader Strategy!, when it fired multiple Aura Spheres and Bone Rushes at her during their training.

In the games
Lucario is Maylene's main Pokémon in the games. It is on her Gym team in Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum, her Pokémon World Tournament team in Black 2 and White 2, as well as being one of her Pokéathletes in HeartGold and SoulSilver.
In the manga
In the Pokémon Diamond and Pearl Adventure! manga
Maylene sent out Lucario to join in the battle with the other Gym Leader's Pokémon against Team Galactic.
In the TCG
Lucario appeared in the Rising Rivals expansion. His card featured the Platinum version of the Veilstone City Gym, and his Level matched the level he had in Pokémon Platinum, as well.
