Soon after an [[Officer Jenny]] arrived on the scene who told them they were on off-limits area, namely a Rhyhorn racing track. She then took them to Sumiru Village. There, Ash decided to participate in a race and borrowed a Rhyhorn from the Rhyhorn rental place.

Odyssey Village (Japanese スミル村 Sumiru Village) is an anime-exclusive location in Kalos. It is located between Santalune City and Lumiose City. It is a small settlement that holds the starting point for a Rhyhorn racing track.
