Raises the chance of lowering stat values with the additional effects of the user’s moves.

On a Roll (Japanese: ダウン確率上昇 Increase Down Chance) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.

Effect

On a Roll raises the chance of lowering the opponent's stat values with the additional effects of moves. The skill can range from On a Roll 1 to On a Roll 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a greater increase in the chance of lowering stat values with moves. The chance is calculated according to the below formula.

Trivia

  • On release, Dawn and Wormadam had a sync node for "Struggle Bug: On a Roll 4". This was redundant as Struggle Bug has a guaranteed chance of lowering the opponent's Sp. Atk. This was later changed to "Struggle Bug: Satisfied Snicker 4" with the release of version 2.30.0.
