Tsuguo Mogami (Japanese: 最上嗣生 Mogami Tsuguo) is a Japanese voice actor for the Pokémon anime.

Biography

Mogami was born on January 8, 1980, in Saitama Prefecture, Japan. He began to provide voices for Pokémon in Pokémon the Series: Black & White. He has since provided the voices of several Pokémon and characters of the day. His most notable roles are Driftveil City Gym Leader Clay and Team Flare scientist Xerosic.
