Infiltrator (Japanese すりぬけ Slip Through) is an Ability introduced in Generation V. Seventeen Pokémon can have this Ability.
Effect

Infiltrator ignores Reflect, Light Screen, Safeguard, and Mist under effect on the target.
Generation VI
Infiltrator now allows Pokémon to bypass Substitute.
Outside of battle
Has no effect outside of battle.
