(Japanese: びびり Jitter) is an ability introduced in Generation V. Eleven Pokémon have this ability. This ability is exclusively obtainable via the Dream World.
Effect
In battle
Jitter raises the user's Speed one stage when hit by a Dark-, Bug-, or Ghost-type move.
Outside of battle
Jitter has no effect outside of battle.
