Tickle (Japanese: くすぐる Tickle) is a non-damaging Normal-type move introduced in Generation III.

Effect

Tickle reduces the target's Attack and Defense stat by one stat level each.

Mime Jr. using Tickle on Roserade.

Whiscash. Whiscash grabs the target with it's whiskers and tickles its target with them.

Mime Jr.. Mime Jr. runs up to its target and starts tickling it.
