Hammer Arm (Japanese: アームハンマー Arm Hammer) is a Fighting-type move introduced in Generation IV that deals a high amount of damage and lowers the user's Speed one stage.

Effect

Hammer Arm does damage, then lowers the user's Speed by one level.
