Isle of Armor, Kubfu

If you've been doing the Isle of Armor campaign alongside the main story at this point, now is as good a time as any to get back to finishing the Isle of Armor campaign.

Now that you have obtained Kubfu, you can walk with it at the front of your party. Your task now is to raise Kubfu's happiness by traveling with it. You can raise its friendship with you through Pokémon Camp, naturally, but Mustard has also pinpointed four distinct viewing spots through which you can raise Kubfu's friendship by sharing a breathtaking view of the Isle of Armor with it.

Challenge Beach

One of the first areas you will find on your way to the first viewing spot is the Challenge Beach. The Tower of Waters is also here, but you are not ready to visit this place just yet.

Courageous Cavern

First, on your way to the first viewing spot, you will have to cross this particular cavern. This is an elaborate cave with lots of Pokémon to be found, but keep walking through it to reach Loop Lagoon.

Loop Lagoon

A coastal lagoon, speak with the student who is here to get a view of this place. There are also plenty of new wild Pokémon waiting to be caught here, so spend some time catching some Pokémon to fill your Pokédex, if you so wish.

Brawler's Cave

This cave is accessible via the Soothing Wetlands. Head to the easternmost part of the wetlands to enter the cavern, and talk to the student who is here to get a view of the cave.

Challenge Road

Atop the end of Brawler's Cave is a high mountaintop known as Challenge Road. The most notable landmark in this place is the Tower of Darkness, but you are not yet ready to be here yet. A student is here, and can give you and Kubfu a view of the Isle of Armor from this point.

Potbottom Desert

Behind the Warm-Up Tunnel is the Potbottom Desert, which is an exceptionally isolated desert within the Isle of Armor. Talk to the student right at the entrance to get a view of the desert.

Towers of Two Fists

Now that you have reached maximum friendship with your Kubfu, at which it will be indicated by the game telling you that you and Kubfu are now best friends, go back to the Master Dojo, where Mustard will evaluate you and Kubfu, and deem you ready to tackle the Towers of Two Fists. He will note that one is in the Challenge Road, and the other is at Challenge Beach. Your Kubfu must be at least Level 30 to comfortably defeat either tower. Note that you will only be able to walk in with Kubfu: all other Pokémon must be placed in the box.

The Tower of Darkness is on Challenge Road, and it has a red coloration. The Tower of Waters is on Challenge Beach, and has a blue coloration. You can only choose one of these: the other one you don't pick is closed off to you forever. The tower you pick corresponds to the form of the Urshifu you want: The Tower of Darkness causes Kubfu to become Single Strike Urshifu, while the Tower of Waters causes Kubfu to become Rapid Strike Urshifu. For each tower, you will go up a series of four stories and battle several Trainers along the way until you reach the fifth floor, at which point you will meet Mustard again, who is awaiting you. He will lead with Kubfu, who will always start off by using Aerial Ace followed by Focus Energy.

Afterwards, you will be gifted Mustard's League Card and gain the ability evolve Kubfu into Urshifu, form dependent on which Tower you have completed. After this point, you have completed as much of the Isle of Armor as you can, so return to the mainland Galar and continue your quest.
