Sazanami Town (Japanese: サザナミタウン Sazanami Town) is a town in the Isshu region. To the south of Sazanami Town is Route 14.

Sinnoh champion Cynthia rents a villa in Sazanami Town and can be battled once a day during spring and summer. Elite Four members Shikimi and Caitlin will often visit her.
