Trivia

File:Demonicgirl.jpg
The demonic girl
  • This is the second episode of the week in the Pokémon Summer Academy where someone is put into a hypnotic state of mind.
  • This is the first time that music from The Rise of Darkrai is used as background music.
  • An updated version of the music from the Sealed Chamber, Desert Ruins, Island Cave and Ancient Tomb in Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald is used.
  • She also has some similar traits as the younger Sabrina Ash and his friends encountered in Kanto.
  • The title is a pun of the phrase "school days".
  • An earlier episode has a similar title to this episode's.
  • A Template:T2 Pokémon from all the four regions appeared in this episode.
  • In one scene, Ash mentioned to Pikachu to just count to ten when a Haunter grabbed Shinx's tail. This could refer to a Japanese myth about a ghost who is unable to count to ten, then suddenly disappears.

Errors

  • In one scene, Professor Rowan's neck and ear are the same color as his hair.

Dub edits

  • Dango is called a fried cakeball skew.
