'Ng ゥ$ is a dual-type Normal Glitch Pokémon found in Pokémon Red and Blue. It is only obtainable via the Johto guard glitch with Snubbull. The player can also have a ゥ 4ぁ 4 traded from Pokémon Yellow to obtain 'Ng ゥ$. It has got Rattata's sprite.
