Double Kick (Japanese: にどげり Double Kick) is a damage-dealing Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation I.
Effect
Generations I
Double Kick does damage, hitting twice per use. Though technically only the first hit can critical hit, each hit per use will do the same amount of damage.
Double Kick will end immediately if it breaks a Substitute. Bide and Counter will only acknowledge one hit of a Double Kick attack.
Generations II and III
Same as Generation I, but either hit can be critical. Both hits can do different damage.
Generation IV
Same as Generations II and III, except it will continue attacking after a Substitute is broken.
