Trivia
- This is the first time that music from The Rise of Darkrai is used as background music.
- An updated version of the music from the Sealed Chamber in Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald is used.
- The ghost of the little girl may have been based on the girl who appears in the Old Chateau. Her actions towards the end of the episode may hint that she was a demon.
- This is one of the few episodes where Jessie's Wobbuffet does not appear.
- The title is a pun of the phrase "school days".
- An earlier episode has a similar title to this episode's.
- With only 11 characters, so far, this dub title is the shortest of the season. Ironically, the next episode is tied for having the longest title.
Errors
- In one scene, Professor Rowan's neck and ear are the same color as his hair.
