Well-Baked Body (Japanese: こんがりボディ Well-Baked Body) is an Ability introduced in Generation IX. It is the signature Ability of Dachsbun.
Effect
In battle
When a Pokémon with Well-Baked Body is hit by a Fire-type move, its Defense is increased by two stages, and the move will have no effect on that Pokémon.

Pokémon animated series
- In HZ140, Nidothing mentions that Tongs's Dachsbun's Ability is Well-Baked Body, although it is not seen using it.
In the TCG
Well-Baked Body debuted as an Ability in the Pokémon Trading Card Game with Dachsbun from the Scarlet & Violet expansion. It prevents the Pokémon with the Ability from all damage from attacks from the opponent's Fire-type Pokémon, as well as preventing it from having the Burned special condition.
