Effect
The Pokémon recovers HP when it takes an action while the terrain on the battlefield is Psychic Terrain. The skill applies to the Pokémon's attack and status moves, including buddy moves, but not sync moves or max moves. The amount recovered depends on the skill rank; currently, only Weird Recovery 1 is available on scoutable sync pairs, so 6% of the user's maximum HP is restored after taking an action.
