Walkthrough:The Isle of Armor/Part 6

Isle of Armor

Now that your Rotom Bike has been fully upgraded, you can fully explore the Isle of Armor, with no location out of reach. The main things to do, apart from admire the massive Wailord from up close, are to collect the vast array of items that periodically respawn, have your Galarica Twigs made into a Galarica Cuff, and find all the Alolan Diglett dotted around for the adventurer in the Fields of Honor, who gifts you an Alolan Pokémon (with its hidden ability) for reaching various milestones. Once you’re comfortable that you’ve seen all there is to see, you can return to Route 9 to continue with the main storyline.

Workout Sea

A lady on the island with the arches will weave you a Galarica Cuff if you have eight Galarica Twigs, which you can use to evolve Galarian Slowpoke into Galarian Slowbro. She’ll also give you a pair of sweatshirts if you show her a Galarian Slowpoke and a Galarian Slowbro. The Workout Sea is also home to Lady Clear, an NPC who will reset a Pokémon’s EVs in exchange for ten Armorite Ore. She can be found on a small island due east of the Master Dojo. There’s also 11 Alolan Diglett to find here.

Items

Hidden items

Unless otherwise stated, hidden items in the Isle of Armor regenerate every day. In many of these cases, they can also regenerate as different items.

Every item that regenerates every day can also rarely regenerate as a Wishing Piece (at approximately a 1% chance).

Berry tree

Shaking a Berry tree can yield Berries, but a Pokémon may be shaken loose instead and steal some of the Berries after a battle.

As with every Berry tree on the Isle of Armor only accessible with the Rotom Bike's Water Mode, the Berry trees in Workout Sea only give out one of the friendship-raising Berries.

Pokémon

If you're following this walkthrough in order, then all of the Pokémon below will still be at the indicated levels. If you're coming back here after completing the main story up to Section 19 of this Walkthrough however, all Pokémon on the Isle of Armor will now be set to a minimum level 60.

Hidden encounters

Visible encounters

Wanderers

These wanderers respawn daily.

This wanderer respawns randomly, with a 1/100 chance to respawn each day, with the check whether to spawn being performed when the player loads any overworld area in the Isle of Armor map.

  • Note that saving in the Isle of Armor overworld and booting the game already in the overworld does not perform the check, even if the system clock is on a different day. The player must either fly to a new location, enter and exit a building, or cross into a different zone for the game to perform the check.

Pokémon Dens

Regina's Pokémon

The player has the chance to encounter a Trainer named Regina here, who will ask for a random Pokémon native to Galar in exchange for its non-native regional form. These trades can be done multiple times, but each time it is done, Regina will relocate.

Insular Sea

In addition to the six Diglett you can find here, the largest island also spawns Mints as hidden items. These respawn daily, so if there’s a particular nature you want for one of your Pokémon it’s worth checking periodically to see if you can find the one you want, or just to stock up for later.

Honeycalm Island

Honeycalm Island is, as you might expect, shaped like a honeycomb, with a large hexagonal island in the center surrounded by six smaller hexagons. Each of the external hexagons has a Max Raid Den, and a Pollen Puff TR can be found by the large tree in the center. There’s also 11 Diglett to find here. We’ll be returning here in our next trip to the Isle of Armor in the post-game, as the island’s also hiding a secret for now.
