The Blast Seed (Japanese: ばくれつのタネ Explosive Seed ) is a type of Seed found in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series that can be used to inflict damage on another Pokémon.

Effect
When thrown, Blast Seed inflicts damage (see below) on the target. In Red and Blue Rescue Team only, during boss battles, the damage is lower, with the accompanying message "It appears to be weak here..."
If eaten, it restores user's Belly by 5 and attacks the tile in front of them, dealing damage (see below).
